"We build a mixture of custom homes, spec homes, and also provide basement finishing and additions. We use Community Title, LLC and the services they provide on all of our new house construction. It has always been pleasant working with Wendy, Julie, Kim and the rest of the staff. There are many things to keep track when building many homes. Payment to my suppliers and subcontractors on time is always of most concern to me. I find when we turn in draw requests on our new houses they are given quick attention. The checks are paid with proper lien waivers attached and other specifics such as invoice numbers or account numbers.
