Residential Refinance

Bundled Fee - $250 (Bundled fee includes: closing fees, overnight/courier, email, wire)

Lender’s Policy:
Loan amount up to $250,000 – $250
$251,000 to $350,000 – $350
$351,000 to $450,000 – $450
Over $450,000 to $750,000 add $1.00 per thousand
$751,000 and up - Call for quote

Additional Services

Junior Loan Policy up to $100,000 = $175
(Equity lines of credit and second mortgages on residential property only.)
