Seller:  Owners Policy: With or Without Prior – $100,000.00 = $450 
              Over $100,000 – add $1.00 for every thousand
Buyer:  Simultaneous Mortgage Policy – $200 
               Bundled Fee - $350 (includes closing fees, express, wire, email) 

Residential Refinance:

Bundled Fee - $225 (includes closing fees, express, wire, email) 

Lender’s Policy: 
Loan amount up to $250,000 – $250
$251,000 to $350,000 – $350
$351,000 to $450,000 – $450
$451,000 and above – call for quote.

Letter Report: 
$ 50.00 (Dane County, Rock, Green, Columbia, Jefferson, Sauk, Iowa (final included)

Additonal Fees: 

Junior or Second Mortgage Policy - up to $75,000 = $100 / Over $75,000 add $1.00 per thousand

Special Assessment Search:   $50.00 > Express / Courier Fees:   $25.00
Wire Fee:   $25.00
Deed Preparation:   $80.00 
Endorsements: Gap $15.00 - Balloon & Variable $75.00
