February News...
February celebrations include Groundhog's Day, Lincoln's Birthday, Valentine's Day, President's Day, Mardi Gras aka Fat Tuesday, Washington's Birthday and a month of 28 days.
We already know that we have six more weeks of winter whether the Groundhog sees his shadow or not.
February 14th is Valentine's Day and if you need some ideas check out the February issue of Madison Magazine.
Interest rates are still low. Make sure to take advantage of the tax credits. Contracts must be accepted by the end of March and closed by June 30, 2010 to qualify. Your tax advisor is a great resource if you have questions.
